Located in the heart of downtown Madison, Comedy on State can accommodate any event- from work meetings to weddings and beyond. Our newly remodeled, unique space offers a fun atmosphere for any celebration or just because! Our venue can offer an intimate space for 30 up to 300 people.

- This form is for party sizes of 30+ seeking venue rental outside of our regularly scheduled shows.

Rentals include:
- Exclusive use of venue
- Reception space
- Venue capacity of 300, show seating for 270 guests, banquet seating for 180
- Stage, projector and state of the art sound & lighting system available
- Full service bar
- Beverages served in house only. Please note, we do not serve any food in house but are open to all licensed caterers.

Following days and times are NOT available for rentals due to our regular weekly shows:
- Wednesdays 7pm – Midnight
- Thursdays 6pm – 10pm
- Fridays & Saturdays 6pm – Midnight
